The Brookwood Alliance is sponsoring an urban planning study of the length of Peachtree between the downtown Connector and Peachtree Battle. This study will be done by an urban design studio at Georgia Tech led by David Green and Richard Dagenhart.
This study’s purpose is to assess existing conditions, study existing planning and zoning regulations, and to propose new guidelines and regulations which implement the Brookwood Alliance's vision. In general this vision is consistent with that expressed in the Peachtree Corridor Taskforce Report. We would like this to be a collaborative process between affected neighborhoods and commercial interests.

A similar plan was prepared for the Collier Village area encompassing the Collier Road intersection at Howell Mill Road. This plan was prepared under the "Blueprint" process facilitated by the Georgia Conservancy and is available for viewing here.
